TEARS

TEARS is one of very few organizations that operates on a 24hr/day 7day/week basis. We answer the call to ALL animals. We are a injury and cruelty organization and work closely with law enforcement officials to prosecute those who need it. In addition to this, we offer all of our rescues for adoption after they are ready.
