East Valley Coalition of Rescues
E.V.C.O.R. is a coalition of rescues that work together to attempt to place animals that are actively being abandoned by their owners. We attempt to list and place these pets straight from the abandoner's home so that the pet will only have to make one transition - into a new, permanent family's home. The majority of these pets have the threat of being taken to a shelter that (euthanize) pets if we are not able to find an adoptive home, a no-kill shelter placement, or a foster home for them.
