Mesa Town Center Strays
MTCS is a 501c3 organization and was originally founded to help stray cats around the Mesa Town Center. We have expanded our care to include the East Valley. We are a small facility, but we strive to give the best care to the cats we rescue. Strict guidelines are followed to assure a healthy pet is made available for adoption. If we cannot provide care for an animal, we will do out best to direct you to someone who can.
