The Oasis Sanctuary
The Oasis Sanctuary is a life-care facility for unwanted exotic birds. We accept retired breeders, handicapped birds, birds with behavioral or psychological difficulties, or non-contagious medical conditions. We accept birds from other rescue organizations, from breeding facilities and from the public, particularly when a caregiver has passed away, is going into hospice or nursing homes or when illness precludes the continued care-giving of the animal. The Oasis has been a 501(c)(3) since 1997. The Oasis Sanctuary is a proud member of the American Sanctuary Association.
