People and Cats Together
PACT is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)3 feline rescue and placement organization based in the South Bay region of the Greater Los Angeles area. We are in our 23rd year of dedication of finding permanent homes for unwanted and abandoned cats. We provide funding to the public through the Spare Program to alter cats in various cities in the South Bay area where there are no other funds available. We also teach the public on good pet care, trapping feral cats, and feral cat colony care. PACT holds cat and kitten adoptions every Saturday, 11am to 4pm at PETCO located at 537 N. Pacific Coast Hwy. in Redondo Beach, California.
