Seaaca Animal Shelter
SEAACA operates an animal shelter in Downey for stray animals and pets that owners can no longer keep. The shelter also offers a euthanasia service for old or infirm pets. Pet adoptions are available at the shelter and include the animal's first shots and spay or neuter surgery. SEAACA also holds pet adoptions the first Saturday of the month in from of the Lakewood Blvd. Petco story, and the third Saturday of each month at Lakewood Center Mall. SEAACA offers lowcost spay/neuter surgeries and an outpatient veterinarian clinic for minor treatments and vaccinations.
