East Bay SPCA
The East Bay SPCA has facilities in both Oakland and Dublin. We help homeless cats and dogs in Alameda County find good homes. We offer training, a vet clinic and a spay/neuter clinic. We have an amazing foster program and outstanding volunteers. Our cats and dogs would appreciate your towels and blankets!
