Oakland SPCA
The Oakland SPCA is non profit organization helping homeless cats and dogs in Alameda County. We have a full service vet clinic, a low cost spay neuter clinic, a dog training program, an amazing foster program and fabulous volunteers. We would love your towels and blanket so our cats and dogs can snuggle up!
