The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation is the rescue and placement of shelter, abandoned and abused animals. To promote and educate the public of their responsibilities to help pet over population by spaying and neutering their animals. To work with local legislatures and authorities to promote programs that will better educate the public in the health and maintenance of their pets, and to improve animal welfare. To interface with other animal welfare organizations to insure that the animals rights are not abused or violated. To offer our services to the local shelters and government agencies, to serve as educators in the community with respect to animal over population, unwanted strays, licensing, owner responsibilities.
