The National non-profit charity network dedicated to the rescue of Rat Terriers and similiar breed dogs providing an on-going educational resource, support and referral service. ARTR Corp. also provides search dogs, assessed as capable to train and perform this work to search and rescue persons. volunteers without compensation.
