Animal Rescue Foundation Illinois, Inc. (ARF IL) has been in existence for more than 19 years run solely by volunteers. ARF IL is both federally and state licensed as a non-profit and no-kill humane society. Our purpose is to find loving homes for unwanted or abandoned dogs and cats of all ages, with the occasional bird, rat, or hamster thrown in as well. We have a well established feral cat fix/release program. More than 10,000 homeless animals have been adopted through our shelter over the years.
