Humane Society of Putnam County
The Humane Society of Putnam County is a private, not for profit organization whose mission is to provide the community with a safe haven for homeless dogs and cats, and to make every effort to find homes for those animals which would make good pets while publicly encouraging the spaying and neutering of dogs and cats as well as other aspects of responsible pet ownership.
