Vanderburgh Humane Society
The Vanderburgh Humane Society is a non-profit, full access shelter taking in more than 3000 animals each year. We have all of our animals vaccinated and spay/neuter. We have an aggressive adoption program, public relations and education program. We assist the community in many ways including animal investigations. We have the Safe Pets Program to assist victims of domestic violence and the Pets for Seniors program to assist the elderly in our community. We welcome volunteer participation of all ages.
