Heart of America Humane Society

The goal is to save and improve the lives of Kansas City's homeless companion animals by promoting responsible pet ownership. The Heart of America Humane Society partners with two local animal shelters, the Lee's Summit Animal Shelter (MO) and the Bea Martin Peck Animal Shelter (Ottawa, KS), to manage a spay/neuter program and to increase pet adoptions into permanent homes.
