Estill County Animal Shelter
The Estill County Animal Shelters is working on several types of new programs, we finally have a program set up so that when you adopt an animal you can have it spayed or neutered for the small price of $50.00. We are working on several other things at this time, the most important being a Rescue program for animals that can be adopted but need to receive some TLC before doing so.
