Rays Of Hope Inc.
The mission of Rays of Hope, Inc. is to relieve the suffering of cats that are abandoned and who are in need of care and attention, and to provide routine veterinary care for them and insure that they have been spayed/neutered and appropriately immunized. In particular to provide or maintain sanctuaries or other facilities for the reception and care of cats and the treatment of sick or ill-treated cats. To assist and assess suitable animals that have been abandoned or unwanted for re-homing. If a cat cannot be re-homed they are allowed sanctuary for life.
