BGSTR,Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce the homeless Shih Tzu & Maltese population, stop the number of Shih Tzu & Maltese destroyed, abused & neglected by backyard breeders, puppy millers & individuals. With your help this can be accomplished through spay/neuter, medical assistance, rescue, foster care, adoption of pets to "forever homes" and last but not least, educating the public.
