West Plains Regional Animal Shelter is a non-profit tax exempt corporation; founded to rescue and care for injured, abandoned, abused and unwanted animals. The shelter will be funded entirely from memberships, bequests, donations, annual fund raising events and proceeds from its resale shop "West Plains Regional Animal Shelter Thrift Shop."
