Noah's Ark of Carlsbad
Noah's Ark of Carlsbad is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to animal welfare. Noah's Ark is in contract with the City of Carlsbad to manage the municipal Animal Shelter, and also has a low-cost/free Spay/Neuter Assistance Program for city and county residents. Because we have to maintain an open admissions policy and take in far more animals than we can conceivably hold, we are not a no-kill facility. However, we do our best to find adoptive homes and/or rescues for as many of the animals as possible - and to assure that the ones euthanized receive the kindest and most dignified end possible.
