Our shelter is a no-kill shelter in rural Allegany County. All adult animals are spayed or neutered before they leave the shelter, and they also receive the required vaccinations. Cats are tested for feline lukaemia and feline aids. Certificates for spay/neuter of puppies/kittens are given to guardians at the time of adoption. All complaints of possible cruelty or neglect are investigated, and if founded appropriate action is taken. Much networking is done to promote adoptions.
