Brooklyn Animal Resource Coalition (B.A.R.C.) is a large private no-kill non-profit 501(c)(3) animal shelter located in Williamsburg Brooklyn New York. We have over 200 cats/kittens and 70 dogs/puppies for adoption. BQE Pet Supplies & Grooming (our parent company) supports our shelter. We have been in existence since approx 1987.
