Building Hope for the New Yonkers Animal Shelter

Each year, more than 1,000 dogs, cats, and other animals come through the doors of the Yonkers Animal Shelter. While the situations that bring them vary, one thing is the same: all of them desperately want and need a forever home.

Building Hope, an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to enhancing the lives and improving the adopt-ability of animals at the Yonkers Animal Shelter.
