Piedmont Collie Rescue
Piedmont Collie Rescue is a four year old non-profit organization dedicated to the safety and welfare of purebred rough and smooth collies. Animal shelters, humane societies, animal control, and private citizens in both North Carolina and South Carolina use our services. The typical scenario is that someone contacts a member of our group about a collie that needs a home; often these dogs are only days, even hours, away from death. We then make arrangements to pick up the collie and pay adoption and medical fees required by the surrendering organization. If all medical work has not already been done, we take the collie to a veterinarian.
