Northeastern Ohio Rottweiler Rescue (NORR) rescues Rottweilers from local APLs, pounds, & shelters - when time is growing short. All Rottweilers are temperament evaluated, health checked, and spayed/neutered. Rescued Rottweilers are placed in a foster home to monitor their progress and introduce house manners. They remain in foster home care until they are placed with a family. Prospective families are encouraged to attend a NORR Open House & required to complete an application. An Open House is a once-a-month, free-to-the-public event to meet all rescued Rottweilers and their foster families.
