Animal Rescue League of Western PA
The Animal Rescue League of Western PA is an Open Door Shelter! We take in any animal in need of a home. Did you know that very few animal shelters in Western Pennsylvania accept all domestic animals, regardless of age, health or temperament? "Open Door" means that every animal finds shelter here, every day. For generations, the community has relied on us as a resource for adoption, foster homes, veterinary care, behavioral training and animal welfare advocacy. We consider the unique needs of all the animals in our care and work compassionately to prepare every safe, appropriately socialized pet for a wonderful new life.
