Clinton County SPCA
The Clinton County SPCA is made up of staff members, board members, and volunteer workers who are committed to caring for the needs of lost, hurt, or unwanted animals and to educating present and future pet owners on the responsibility of owning a pet.
The shelter takes in stray or lost animals at no charge and accepts pet animals for a surrender fee. Once the animals are signed over to the shelter the staff takes on the responsibility of finding loving new homes or the owner of those animals that have been lost.
