Lycoming County SPCA
The Lycoming County SPCA is the county's only locally operated, full-service shelter and operates entirely on the support of its donors. All contributions to the Lycoming County SPCA remain within our community to provide services such as shelter, emergency treatment, investigation and prosecution of cruelty or abuse complaints; adoption and counseling; education, outreach and humane care. We are not affiliated with any other state or national SPCA or other humane societies.
