* Provides a foster program for individual rescuers on a limited basis.
* Sponsors "Adoption Days' at participating PETCO, PETsMART, and PET VALU stores and during community events.
* Provides a barn and garden cat placement program for outdoor cats.
* Subsidizes on a limited basis, veterinary care for many ill and injured animals.
* Helps elderly and needy owners to maintain, feed, and care for their companion animals.
