SNIPS stands for "The Spay/Neuter Incentive Project and Sanctuary," a small no-kill all-breed sanctuary and greyhound adoption service in central Virginia. snips promotes a holistic approach to human/companion animal relationships, focusing on spaying/neutering, diet, exercise, and training. snips dogs and cats are all spayed or neutered, vaccinated and placed on a healthy diet prior to being offered for adoption. Dogs have obedience training. This allows us to be very selective with the homes we choose for our "kids."
