Second Chance Companions
SCC is an all volunteer, non-profit (501(c)(3) no-kill animal adoption group founded in 1993. We have no facility, but operate by means of referral. We maintain a network of foster homes for urgent cases. We show pets for adoption at various local pet stores each weekend in the Portland, OR and Vancouver area.
