Lost Angels Animal Rescue
We are Lost Angels Animal Rescue located in the Charleston area of West Virginia. We are composed of several foster homes throughout the area. The purpose, as operating for the welfare of animals, including but not limiting to, rescue, rehabilitation (spaying/neutering) medical treatment with a licensed veterinarian’s care, providing foster homes, to observe and retrain animals, as well as hold until adoption. In addition, it is to recruit more members to help more animals, expand, to distribute materials, to develop facilities with a view toward a formal shelter or shelters to increase the scope of effectiveness of adoption of animals.
