Paws and Purrs Animal Rescue is a non-kill shelter with high standards for their animals. All animals will have their shots up to date and all their wormings. All animals are spayed or neutered. Paws and Purrs is solely dedicated to finding good homes for unfortunate animals. Paws and Purrs was voted the best in the Tri-State by the Herald Dispatch, but are always in need of pet supplies and donations to help sterilize the animals and control the animal population.
