Webark Estates
Webark Estates, Inc., managed by Morgan & Pam Lacefield, has been established to find homes for stray & abandoned dogs and cats, as well as animals on death row at area shelters. Estimates show that 3 out of 4 cats and dogs who enter a shelter in WV will be euthanized. Now, some of these animals are being saved thru the efforts of the Lacefield's! They will find homes for, or provide lifetime care to, the Webark Estates animals.
