Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin
The staff of the Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin (EVCOT) is a highly trained, motivated, and dedicated group of veterinarians, certified veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants. We are committed to providing the very best care possible for your pets.
Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and from 6:00 PM on Friday, until 8:00 AM Monday morning. We are open 24 hours on weekends and major holidays.
We accept referrals and walk-ins during our business hours.
EVCOT doctors see many types of small animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, pocket pets, birds, and reptiles. Not all of our doctors see every type of animal, so please call ahead to make sure there is a doctor on duty that can see your birds, pocket pets, and reptiles.
We do not see large cats, such as bobcats, cougars, or servals. We do not see livestock, primates, opossums, raccoons, skunks, coyotes, foxes, or bats. If you have an unusual animal not on this list, please call ahead to make sure there is a doctor on staff that is able to see your pet.
Dr. Jo-Anne Wisniewski graduated from Cornell University in 1978, and Dr. Pam Williams hails from Washington State University, class of 1978. Dr. Dan O'Loughlin graduated in 1992 from University of California, Davis. Dr. Keith Sierbinski graduated from University of Illinois, class of 1998. Dr. Andy Nuijens graduated from Purdue University, class of 2000.
Several other area veterinarians work relief shifts for us as well. We feel this adds a whole new dimension to the scope of care we are able to provide, bringing in fresh ideas and methods of practice regularly.
EVCOT has fourteen full time certified technicians, many with more than twenty years of experience. We also have twenty part time technicians (some of whom you may see at your regular veterinary office), kennel assistants, and receptionists.
