Spay and Save for Cats
Spay & Save is a Portland metro area-wide program that aims to assist low income families and their cats by offering affordable spay & neuter surgeries for those who qualify. The program is organized and managed by the Animal Shelter Alliance of Portland, (ASAP). The Spay & Save program aims to keep struggling families and their pets together and reduce the number of cats and kittens that are coming into our shelters every year— since 2010, cat intake from the public to our shelters has decreased by 50%.
All surgeries are performed by licensed veterinarians and assisted by skilled, caring support teams.
