Island Cat Resources and Adoption

ICRA does not have a shelter, but works to help cats by: TNR (Trap-neuter-return), and teaching people to do this, lending traps; Rescue and socialization of street cats, in our foster homes, eventually placing them for adoption; Educating people about the benefits of early age spay neuter (Since the beginnings of our group, we have spay/neutered cats and kittens before showing them for adoption).
