Los Angeles Animal Services - East Valley
On May 21, 2007, after decades operating from a converted dairy farm on Sherman Way, the staff of the East Valley Animal Care Center moved to new quarters on Vanownen Street. East Valley is one of the busiest facilities in the Department. Now we will be welcoming San Fernando Valley residents to a beautiful new facility with lavish landscaping, many trees, and relaxing fountains. The new facility increases dog kennels from 60 to 165, and features the largest community room of our new Care Center system.
