Friends of San Clemente Animals

Friends of San Clemente Animals (FOSCA) is a non-profit volunteer support group for the San Clemente-Dana Point Animal Shelter. Our special shelter helps provide food, housing, exercise, medical care and love for our city's lost, abandoned, and sometimes abused, companion animals until permanent loving homes have been found... no matter how long it takes.
