Wayne County Humane Society

We take in homeless, injured and owner released dogs and cats from the entire Wayne County area. Over 25% of our animals are pure bred. Our shelter was updated 4 years ago and is now large, clean and family friendly. We now have a foster program and a Second Chance Medical Fund. Because of these programs and community involvement, we are able to help many adoptable dogs and cats that in the past would have been euthanized.
