SPA of El Salvador

SPA of El Salvador is a newly founded organization. Main goal is to save strays from electrocution and poisoning done by the Govt. due to overpopulation and rabies transmission. SPA is trying to build a permanent shelter and to spay/neuter these homeless dogs.
