Dungarvan Rescue Kennels

Established in 1989, this shelter caters for abandoned and abused dogs. It has a no kill policy and any dog unfit for homing will have a home here. It specialises in cruelty cases and often helps other shelters who are unable to care for such dogs adequately. There are normally 35 - 40 dogs in care at any time.
