LJUBLJANA Animal Shelter

A shelter for abandoned animals Ljubljana was established on 4 October 2002, the World Animal Day. It was founded by the Municipality of Ljubljana for the care needs of abandoned animals. It provides shelter to abandoned pets (dogs and cats) in the area of the Municipality of Ljubljana and the internal organizational unit of a public institution Ljubljana Zoo.
