Bella Vista Animal Shelter
We are a tiny shelter (7 dog runs/6 cat cages). During the summer we have had upwards of 60 animals at a time. We have two dog yards and we allow dogs (after evaluation) to join the "yard" where they can choose to be inside or outside at any given time. Cats also have the option of a screened room they access via a doggie door. We are hoping to be able to build a new bigger shelter in the near future as we handle 700 or more animals a year with only a 20% euthanasia rate.
