Alliance for Stray Animals and People
The Alliance for Stray Animals and People (ASAP) is a tax-exempt non-profit group of primarily cat rescuers in the nation's capital. We help stray and abandoned animals and offer modest assistance to indigent people (encountered as we work with animals). We collaborate with other groups and seek to empower individual rescuers.
