Etowah Valley Humane Society
formerly Bartow County Humane Society. EVHS is a non-profit organization working in conjunction with the Bartow County Animal Control to promote the ethical and humane treatment of animals. We are responsible for animal adoptions. Utilities and food are supplied by the county because we work out of the animal control building, but all other expenses depend upon fund-raising and donations.
