Come Bye Border Collie Rescue serves Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Originally incorporated as Animal Protective Association of Southern Illinois, the rescue is committed to rescue and rehome Border Collies and Border Collie mixes throughout the Midwest. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the Midwest.
