Adopt A River Cat

Adopt A River Cat (A.R.C. Inc.) is caring for the feral cat population of the Fox River area by trapping, spaying and re-releasing them back into their natural area. On rare occasion, we are able to find homes for these cats, as well as provide them with food and shelter.
