Great Lakes Border Collie Rescue is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt corporation founded in 1999. Our mission is two-fold: to rescue & rehome border collies; and to educate border collie owners and the general public about responsible breed guardianship, the importance of spay/neuter, and reinforcement-based training methods.
