Lee County Animal Shelter
The Lee County Animal Shelter is a not for profit animal shelter that services all of Lee County. We have come a long way over the past few years, and strive to be compassionate and caring for each animal, just as a humane organization should be. We have many improvement projects in the works here, but cannot complete them all without funding from our friends in the community. We are a small shelter that was literally started in my back yard because the County didn't have anywhere for the unwanted fur babies to go. There is only one employee and we depend on community help. We depend largly on donations to survive. We always need bleach, paper towels, cat litter, bug spray, and bedding for pets to sleep on. All donations are greatly appreciated.
