Words cannot explain what Benjamin has meant to us. Without a doubt, he was the love of my life. He took care of me with his gentle reminders of when to get up, when to go to bed, and when enough work has been done and it was time to give him back his chair. His purr was the wonderful sound of an army of angels. It was his gift to those who needed to hear it.
When we first met, he was a tiny 8-week old kitten who literally called to me from a distance. And when I brought him home, he captured everyone's hearts -- most completely mine. He was precocious and adventurous, and any discipline at all was taken as a challenge. With age, he grew into a strong, sensitive and noble individual. He was highly intelligent and had no problem addressing any situation that needed your attention.
He has left us way too soon and leaves a gaping hole in our home and in our hearts. He is with the angels now and I'm sure has met up with his loved ones who have gone before. For us who are left behind, we have our memories and the knowledge that we had been blessed by this little man with a huge heart.
In Loving Memory
